c. 1940s. 14x19.75x2" deep cardboard box has nice lid art with view from cockpit with pilot watching warplanes in action. Contains eight plastic planes, each 4.25" long replicating P-39 Airacobra with revolving props and wing decals. All are on die-cut inserts with nice graphics of airfield with hangars. Lid surface is slightly depressed with color rubs around edges and splits at two corner seams but still Near Fine appearance. Planes and insert are NM.
