Item Description
c. 1930. 25.75x29" high quality wood frame has archival mat with 15.75x19-1/8" opening revealing print of seated totally nude woman. Image is signed at lower right "Mable Rollins Harris". Image is likely from a calendar top. NM as framed. One of just a few female pin-up artists, Harris did work for the Thomas D. Murphy Company during the 1920s and also did calendar work for Brown & Bigelow starting in the early 1930s. She also did covers for the Saturday Evening Post and freelance work for greeting card companies Rustcraft and Norcross. A high quality image ready for display.
