Item numbers 1 through 1499 in auction 182
Item Description
This stunning 7/8x1" brooch is the most beautiful we've seen and in exquisite essentially Mint condition. The brass frame has brilliant luster both front and back. The original pin is intact. There are a few near microscopic scratches on the back, o/w we would call the piece dead Mint but as is we will settle for N. Mint. The front glass cover has a narrow beveled edge around all 4 sides and all 4 corners are sharp with no chips. The illustration is in deep vibrant color and includes partial image of a flag at right, log cabin with smoking chimney at center, hard cider barrel at lower left and shaded green large tree at far left all set on a green panel representing foliage in the foreground. A true stand-out among the many different Harrison brooch designs. We cannot conceive of a higher quality example. Unique.
