Item Description
1930s. 8.25" long heavy corrugated cardboard box has different specialty art with Annie on three sides. Images include her running saying "Leapin Lizards Where's Sandy", standing behind dog house, and standing at side of dog house saying "Oh! I Know He's In There". Box shows moderate aging with some wear around edges. Front door with text "Sandy's Inside" has come loose from perforations but here. One corner has old tape repair. VG. Comes with 7.5" long tin litho figure of Sandy with wooden ball between front paws and wheels on back. Toy works by pushing down on tail-lever action which causes wheel to roll toy forward. Toy has replaced ears and darkening to paint with a few scattered paint nicks. Fine. Great design and nice pair to display together.
