Item Description
Each is 1.75x2-5/8". Small trace of stamp hinge residue on the one issued for "Boy Scout Week" with additional slogan "Scouting Marches On!" The other does not have any gum on the reverse but is otherwise essentially Mint on the front. This promotes "Boy Scout Camp/New York World's Fair 1939" and "See Scout Exhibit At The Golden Gate Exposition San Fransisco." Additional text on bottom margin includes the two dates at the two different fairs for "Boy Scout Day." Great color and scarce. Morry Greener Collection.
