Item Description
This 3" button came from a tourist attraction developed by Jack Poppele, a New Jersey man and pioneer who helped found WOR radio in NYC. His concept was to create a Christmas themed amusement park which he opened August 10, 1957. Admission was nineteen cents. The park was situated on Route 5, the major highway stretching from New Haven, Connecticut to the Canadian border. Button is from the 1960s and in essentially Mint condition. Although not that old, quite scarce.
