Auction #204 - Part I
Item numbers 1 through 1446 in auction 204
Item Description
Smaller buttons are 1.25" and larger are 1.75". One is dated for 1949. The 1.25" includes slightly aged and faded ribbons to which are attached a die-cut brass piece depicting a bear with the word "Souvenir" below. This is an older item that was added to the ribbon and not part of the original issue. The two buttons at right picturing a teddy bear each have a .5" cello split along the reverse edge but this shows very little at all from the front. The most colorful button is dated for 1951 and features a mother and father with young child accented by balloon design. A very nice group and all are scarce.
