Item Description
Button is 2.5" with metal back and bar pin plus stamp of maker W&H. Celluloid is with slight yellowish tone and there is a single long crack along the upper left rim and then it comes down the right side to nearly the bottom. Crack shows a little in reflected light but piece still displays extremely clean with high gloss. Button reads "Prisoner Of War Camp/1342/Clarinda Iowa." This camp primarily held German prisoners but later became a destination for Japanese POWs. Only the second we've seen.
