1.75" with ribbon design on edge "Dedicated To Our Boys In The Service." Event was held in "Dassel, Minn Sept. 25 & 26." Center shows pair of corn ears forming a v-shape and surrounding an American flag. Small piece off the edge of the Western Badge back paper but the cello is Exc. and displays Mint. First we've seen.
