1.25" with union bug back stamp. Front shows large photographic head of a pigeon while below are tiny representations of three birds flying. At left is small letter "V" for victory while at right is small text "Faithful Service." All this is surrounded by text "Messengers For The Armed Forces Of Our Country/Racing Pigeons Of America." Cello is Mint. Only the second we've seen. Comes with Hake's COA.
