1.25" red and cream with center photo of him in king's crown and robe eating ice cream. His name is in tiny text below the photo along with "Of Hal Roach's Our Gang - A MGM Release." Larger rim text promotes "National Ice Cream Week May 15-21 'A Royal Food'." No backpaper but we don't believe it had one as curl has name of Los Angeles maker. A 1/32" air dot but otherwise essentially Mint. Third seen in this size. Rare.
