Underside tan plastic bands hold 1.5" tall fully three dimensional cowboy boot in red and white plastic. Top has a pin which holds a magnifying lens plus a small working compass over the boot top. On side edge at base of the hinge pin is a tiny 1/16" dot of surface plastic missing. Each of the top segments can swivel off to the side and on the boot interior is a small folded bw paper showing letters of the alphabet and symbols representing the "Cowboy Ring Secret Code." Used as a 1951 Popsicle premium and later also used as a Bazooka Joe premium. Scarce complete with code paper. Displays Mint from three of four sides.
