2.75" tall item c. 1937 is very large and very impressive highly embossed brass on the front depicting huge spread-winged eagle above large shield with high relief Tracy portrait plus text "Dick Tracy Detective Club." The brass luster has dots of loss and a few light scratches but overall still glossy and VF. Riveted to the reverse is a leather pouch to hold change or other special objects. Pouch has leather closure flap with a brass snap which is working. Just above this are two tiny holes where a pin could be placed so the piece could be worn as well. A different version of this piece has a leather back with slots to wear on a belt. An early Tracy item and VF.
