Item Description
The beautifully designed brass pin-back is 13/16" given by radio sponsor Pepsodent toothpaste in 1934. Pictured is black panther with text "Frank Buck's Adventurers Club/Member." Couple of small spots of red enamel paint off the perimeter but glossy and VF. With this comes 1949 "Frank Buck Explorer's Sun Watch." This is a brass octagonal case 1-7/8" tall. Underside has silver metal to serve as reflecting device while front has inset glow in dark dial that is still working. In addition there is a brass needle to raise to tell time as a sun watch plus an inset working compass. The glow in the dark plastic varies slightly in its color tone and some of the black accent paint on the numerals and lines is gone but overall still in Fine condition with nice luster. This was a Wheaties premium.
