c.late 1950s by Esquire Novelty Co. N. J. 12x14 5/8x2.75" deep box has nice lid art with Hugh O’Brian dressed in costume as Wyatt Earp at right with art image of western street in center surrounded by rope design including text “Featuring Fast Draw!”. Box has scattered lt. surface wear with a few lt. moisture marks and color rubs around edges. Fine. Double holster set is 15.75" tall overall old store stock high quality leather with three plastic bullet clips complete with 12 silver accent bullets. Elaborate design includes crisscross gimp straps that attach holsters to oversized belt. Has plated metal conchos and buckles. NM. Guns are both by Actoy. One is 11" long “Buntline Special” and the other is 8.25" long and both have “Wyatt Earp” name with nickel finish and white plastic stag grips, pony medallions and lanyard rings. Nice matched pair. Both are unfired old store stock and NM. Wonderful set for display.
