Item Description
Both are c.1950s. Topper box is 1x3.5x4 7/8" wide made by Daggett & Ramsdell and distributed by Fuller Brush Co. Front and back panels have art image of Hopalong Cassidy’s pistol designed to be cut out and put together and used as a rubber band gun with cut-out targets which are on top and bottom panels. Comes with scarce illustrated instruction sheet. Box is worn with a few tears and some dust soil and a few missing pieces. Instruction sheet is heavily wrinkled. Overall Fair. Contains 4 3/8" long figural Topper soap which has some aging but appears unused and Fine. Second box is .75x4 3/8x6 3/8" by same maker with die-cut window on front revealing four bars of soap with different art images of Hoppy including three with Topper. Reverse side has images of Hoppy card and originally held one card in center to be slipped out which is now missing. Box is Fine with original thin plastic window. Hoppy soaps have some age cracks but are unused and still display Fine. Nice graphics on both.
