Item Description
1.5" w/hole on upper edge as made. Listed as Sullivan USG 1868-6, see following matching Seymour. Front has exceptionally high relief beautifully detailed portraits w/name of engraver "Emil Siegel" below. Reverse reads "National Union Republican Candidates For President And Vice President Of The United States 1869-1873." Tiny loss of luster on Grant's uniform lapel and his hair, luster off the tiny star accents on the reverse but overall about 90% remains and the piece is overall near-uncirculated. From the Joe Brown collection.
