This reads "Merry Christmas And Happy New Year" and card also includes facsimile signature of Walt "And The Gang." Blank reverse. Slightest aging and an extremly faint horizontal crease line at center. Clean and VF. Comes w/original studio envelope that has the "I" in "Disney" dotted with a holly berry and leaf. Aging w/center crease but no address. Fine. A scarce card probably because it was issued just after Pearl Harbor and most likely had a smaller print run than other years.
