8x10" b/w folder with red accent color has wonderful front cover art of Mickey Mouse carrying school book going into school followed by Pinocchio with apple and Pluto as Morty and Ferdie play marbles on hillside in background with Minnie Mouse coming along followed by Donald Duck who is playing leap frog with Jiminy Cricket. Folder opens to full size of 18.75x24" and includes photos of four Mickey Mouse/Donald Duck pencil boxes and one pencil pouch and six Pinocchio pencil boxes. Comes with separate 7.5x9.25" trade discount sheet. Front and back covers have a few dark scuffs, but overall Fine. Wonderful graphics. Limited distribution. Rare.
