Item Description
c.1934. 19x27" silk screened masonite by Richmond School Furniture Co. Muncie, Indiana. See smaller version with different graphics #2346. Top has image of Mickey waving next to white silhouette area showing Mickey, Minnie, Schoolhouse, Goofy, Pluto, Horace, Clarabelle, along with pig, rabbit, bird. Just beneath is alphabet and number area with images of Minnie at left and Mickey at right with progressive drawing designs. Lower left side has image of Minnie and one of Mickey’s nephews and lower right side has image of Mickey and Pluto. Scattered moderate to heavy surface wear with a few extra nail holes around bottom edge with some paint flaking. Overall VG. From the Michael J. Stern Collection.
