c.mid-1950s made by Parker Brothers. 1 5/8x7.75x16" wide box has nice lid art with Fess Parker as Davy Crockett holding long rifle with art images at left showing him shaking hands with Indian Red Stick and facing a bear. Lid has trace of lt. dust soil and a few minor moisture marks with color rubs around edges. Fine. Contains 14 5/8x14 5/8" game board, insert, spinner, instruction sheet, and four painted cast-metal playing pieces with design of cowboys on rearing up horses along with small stiff paper playing discs. Complete and Exc. A scarcer Davy game.
