Item Description
c. 1933-34. 4.75x7" wood plaque is foil covered with cello insert with art image of "Golden Temple Of Jehol" building, a replica of thr celebrated Chinese lama Temple. Corner tips a bit worn, cello is yellowed with age. Fine. Next are two soft cover books, both dated 1933. One is 6x9.5" titled "Official Book Of The Fair" with color front cover and 104 pages. Covers have lt. dust soil, last page has small hole in center, a few lt. page creases. Fine. Second book is 10x13.5" titled "Official World's Fair In Pictures" with 48 pages and numerous photos. Right side of front cover has insect damage, last two pages are stuck together, o/w Fine/VF. Last three items are china plates stamped "Packard" on underside. All are titled "A Century Of Progress 1934" w/different art images. Includes Hall of Science, Fort Dearborn and Black Forest. Sides have relief scroll accents. All are Exc.
