10" square vinyl cloth-lined bag with built-in brass handles and reverse zippered pouch. 1964 made by Dame. Front has portraits and facsimile signatures. Bag was produced in various colors and handle configurations, this is dark blue (not black) with larger brass handle inserts and raised dome accents. Inside has small inked name.
