Item Description
These 7/8" dia. litho buttons were made by The Green Duck Co. and sold in vending machines in 1964. However, all 17 buttons in this lot come sealed in cellophane packs like you would find in cereal boxes and other food packaging and are the first we have seen like this. Includes five different designs and 12 duplicates. Included are portrait buttons for each member and slogan buttons "I'm 4 Beatles, I Love The Beatles." Trace of aging/wear to cello packs but all are sealed as issued and buttons are Mint. Lot includes a matching pair of vending machine insert papers, each 3x4". These read "Get Your Beatles Buttons Here!" and include photo portraits. One Fine, one Exc. From the Carl Lobel Collection.
