Item Description
Original and complete 1970 release on the "Radnor Records" label. 33-1/3 rpm R-2003. This is the sole release by this rock band that featured a multicultural lineup. The band took its name from a Native American tribe located near Lumberton, NC (their native state). The complete and unused contents make this one of the most outrageous lp packages ever released. The 12x12" cover has front photo of kids playing the game that comes w/this lp as they also share a hookah pipe. Back cover has game play rules. Objective of the game was to become the best drug dealer. Cover has obvious edge wear 5" split on bottom. Good/VG. Record is Exc. and features such songs as "Tone Deaf, Veronica High, People Get Ready (You Gotta Be Stoned)." Game parts include to large paper sheets that open to about 25x36". One is play money in different denominations which feature skull and crossed hypodermic needles. The other is the game board and playing pieces. Board images include drug dealers, drug use, psychedelic imagery, the caterpillar from Alice, zodiac symbols and of interest to Beatles collectors, an image of them from Yellow Submarine. Both sheets were meant to be cut apart to use but both are complete and intact as issued. Exc/NM. While the cover has wear, this can always be upgraded, but finding the game in unused condition is difficult.
