Original paper sleeve and cardboard insert included. 16-page full color comic book which features reprint of "The Story Of Superman's Life." VF. Final 3 items all bear the title "Superman of America." These are fabric iron-on patch, 2-sided membership card and 1" dia. tin litho button. Patch is essentially Mint. Front of button is NM, reverse has some oxidation. Membership card features "Kryptonic Code" on reverse. Slightest wear as pin was originally attached to card resulting in some rust soiling to reverse where pin rested and front where collet rubbed. VF/Exc. Next is Ideal hand puppet #7736-2 ©1965 NPP, Inc. 9.5x15" display bag has nicely illustrated two-sided die-cut header card at top titled “Superman-Batman Hand Puppet”. Bag contains 11" tall puppet with vinyl head and fabric body with full figure image of Superman standing with classic logo at bottom. Header card has some creasing and lt. staining. Overall VG/Fine. Puppet has a few marks as bagged but still unused old store stock. N/Mint. Next item is silverware set. 4.5x10" die-cut card contains fork and spoon manufactured by Imperial Knife Company, Inc. ©1966 NPP, Inc. Card has nice image of Superman against sunburst background. Fork and spoon both have his image in relief on handle standing full figure with arms in air. Card has slight wear and minor trace of oxidation on staples but remains unpunched and Fine.
