10" tall with vinyl head, silk-screened fabric body. 1950s marked "Copyright Rootie Kazootie Inc." From a set of three featuring Rootie in baseball uniform, Polka Dottie and Gala Poochie. Moderate aging to fabric body, head has scattered all over color rubs/aging. VF.
