3x4.25" stiff card cover carries event date March 4, 1897 and highly embossed gold portraits of McKinley and Hobart plus name of famous Philadelphia firm Bailey, Banks & Biddle. A double strand of gold cord holds interior 12 paper pages listing inaugural committee members, "Order of Opening Exercises," "Order of Dancing," and "Bill of Fare" (menu) for the evening. Very limited issue and NM.
