2x6". Inscription includes Party's famous verse "Look Up, Not Down - Look Out, Not In - Look Forward, Not Backward - And Lend A Hand." Single day issue for Oct. 27, 1912 event; however this rare variety has reverse text instead of blank back. It reads "Even Though You Voted At The Primaries The Law Gives You The Right To Vote The Entire Progressive Party Ticket. Ask The Judge For A Progressive Party Ticket And Vote For Roosevelt/If You Vote Any Other Ticket Scratch The Name For Public Administrator And Write August F. Herrmann On The Ticket. He Will Appreciate Your Vote." While ribbon front has Chicago union bug, the reverse has St. Louis bug. Tiny loss of front text at center fold line and minor scattered trace of age.
