Item Description
This piece is similar to a 1928 Hoover mate to the preceding Smith, but is smaller and matches in size the following FDR. We don't know if it dates from 1928 or 1932. The base is 5.25x5.5" and it stands 6-5/8" tall rather than 7". Underside has "Patriotic Products Philadelphia" shield logo but also reads "Syracuse China/This Is No.1396 Of A First And Limited Edition." The number is inked under the glaze. Facsimile "Herbert Hoover" signature on the side. No crazing. Essentially Mint. See next matching size FDR.
