Item Description
Ornate high quality wood frame 16x20" has large weave tan fabric center to which is mounted 10.25x14" wood rectangle with well done high relief portrait accented by scrolls of FDR measuring 7x9.5". Reverse has typed sticker naming two APIC members and the item then went to the Mark Furr FDR Collection. Sticker reads "Property of Thomas L. Tedford/Purchased From Lynn Bettmann, Summer 1985. Carved, From An Estate In Hyde Park, N.Y. Circa Mid 1930s." A beautiful and unique piece beautifully presented.
