Item Description
Two items. 7-3/8x10.25" July 1926 issue of "The Movie Home Journal" has cover photo of actress Gertrude Olmstead lighting a giant firecracker. Vol.7 #5 issue published by Leland and Clinton Square Theaters in Albany has 16 bw pages. Page one has illustrated article titled "Making The Moves In Cartoon Movies" with inset photo of animator Paul Terry at work and image of Henry Cat doing the Charleston. Other contents include two pages on Buck Jones and photo of Jackie Coogan on diving board. Covers have lt. dust soil with tiny bit of insect damage at blank area at upper right of front cover. Overall Fine. 8-3/8x14" film rental contract dated 10/5/29 for American Cherokee Theater in Iowa has printed list of various shorts available including 26 Krazy Kat cartoons and 26 Inkwell Imp cartoons. List also includes Bobby Vernon and Eddie Cantor titles. Contract has been filled out in pencil and signed in proper place. Light aging. VF. Interesting and unique.
