11" tall c. 1950s wearing sailor hat with "Howdy Doody" name and image. Copyright Kagran Corp. made by Rushton. Hat has attached 4" tall die-cut string tag with image of Howdy and Windy on front. Tag has a few lt. hairline creases. Bright and Fine. Hat is a bit creased, otherwise dog is Exc.
