c. 1954 made by Liberty Watch Corporation. 1.75x5-1/8x1.25" deep cardboard box has lid graphics of Liberty Bell set against Independence Hall with text "The Watch With The Jeweled Heart!" Box has trace of lt. aging, but is complete with leatherette covered insert and guarantee paper. Fine overall. Contains watch with 1-1/8x1.5" silver luster rectangular case and original leather straps with Davy Crockett name on each strap and unusual tuft of real animal fur attached to one side of band as issued. Watch dial has text "Jeweled Davy Crockett" and small image of flint lock pistol. Watch band shows lt. wear, hands can be set but watch no longer runs. Overall Fine. Only the second we've offered in our 46 years and the only boxed variety we have ever offered. Rare.
