6.25" tall injection-molded plastic model manufactured by Precise Models, Inc. for Grumman prior to the Apollo 11 moon landing. c. 1960s. 10.25" black base with Grumman and NASA logos and text "Lunar Module". Two-piece model is removable from base. Separates into ascent and descent stages with numerous tiny projecting parts. Missing two dish type antennas but brackets are intact and 10 of 16 RCS thrusters are present. Shows some aging and lt. wear and glue marks on base under landing gear. Overall Fine. A great piece of early space program history.
