Item Description
1940s No.6235 made by Nosco Plastic division of National Organ Supply Co. 4.25x6.5x1-3/8" deep cardboard box with company text on end holds 4.5x6x1.25" deep box designed like piano with nice art of Liberace on top with facsimile signature and text "Decca Recording Artist". Hard plastic with hinged lid opens to reveal three screw on legs still in original envelope. Box has trace of lt. wear. Fine. Piano top has trace of lt. wear around edges mostly just visible in reflected light. Exc. appearance. Likely one of the first Liberace promotional items ever produced as his Decca Records contract only lasted until the late 1940s when he signed with Columbia.
