1950s made by Plasticraft. 2.75x4x17.25" long thin cardboard box has art of train on top with figures of Howdy Doody characters on two sides designed to be cut out and displayed. Box has lt. aging and one right side inside flap has seam split and is a bit loose, top has a few shallow dents. Fine appearance when closed. Contains 4x17.25" die-cut cardboard insert designed like train track with three rubber bands holding 16" long hard plastic train in place. Insert is a bit curled from age, train is NM and appears to have never been used. Nicely detailed set and first we've offered boxed in our 46 years.
