Thin cardboard box is 2x3.5x8.25" copyright 1929 KFS. Box has obvious condition problems including missing top flap, handling creases, darkened with age, general wear. Just comes along. 8" tall celluloid wind-up has head designed to move up and down about .5" on his neck as he vibrates around on his feet with both arms swinging freely. Wonderful design including facial accents with winking right eye. Arms have anchor tattoos. Aging to hat. Tabs area on top of hat and neck area have paint touchups, not offensive. VF overall.
