Note: see two other Orphan Annie boxed bisque sets #2528-29. 1930s. Made in Japan. 3x3.75x1" deep cardboard box has paper label showing three figures inside. Copyright Famous Artists Syndicate. Insert holds hand painted bisques: 2.75" tall Annie, 1.5" tall Sandy, and 2.75" tall Daddy Warbucks. Box lid has 1.25" split at lower left seam and label is lightly aged with lt. ripples as attached. Fine. Bisque figures are Exc./NM. Nicely hand painted. From the Carl Lobel Collection.
