Item Description
6x9" blue on tan envelope has small stains on front, 1" edge tear and 3x5" moisture stain on back. There is no sponsor or copyright but obviously from 1930s era. Under bold title "Heigh Yo Silver!" is text "This Envelope Contains Lone Ranger Gun/Lone Ranger Mask/Lone Ranger Lariat." 5x8" colorful cardboard gun has "The Lone Ranger" on one side. Inside front has paper insert meant to fly out w/sound when flicked downward. "The Lone Ranger" is depicted on one side of insert. Both gun and insert have tiny 1/16" insect hole. Insert has 1.75" edge slit easily repairable if desired on inside surface. Overall extremely clean. Mask is 3.25x7" stiff black paper w/two heavily oxidized staples holding elastic black band. No text. NM except staples. Lariat seems unused and is red crepe paper in pink stiff paper cover. Still wrapped in original string w/original rubber band along one edge. Two staples are heavily oxidized w/tiny stain around them but rest of lariat is Exc. Rare complete set and only second time we've offered this in our 46 years.
