2". Obverse has a movable dial that reads "Friday, September 29 Reception And Naval Parade, Saturday September 30 Military Parade, New York 1899." Has different events of the parade pointing to different times of the day which a person would move. The reverse has a colorful picture of Dewey w/two flags to his side w/"New York Celebration September 29-30, 1899 To America's Hero." Very colorful picture of ship below it. Edge says "Whitehead & Hoag Company Newark, New Jersey." Rare and the first we've seen. From the Hake collection.
