Item Description
First is 5.25" tall reading "Lt. John Hintz Camp" and below his picture is "John C. Hintz." Ribbon reads "8th Annual Encampment USWV Reading June 17-18, 1912." Back paper by Keystone Badge, Reading, Pa. Attached medal reads "Cuba Philippine Islands Puerto Rico Spanish War Veteran 1898-1902." The other badge is 5.5" long. The 40th annual encampment although it's a 50th anniversary of the Spanish-American War dated 1948 and the top piece from which ribbon hangs says "New York" w/Statue of Liberty and New York City skyline and reads "1898 1948 Remember The Maine." Ribbon has "New York City July 4-7, 1948." Exc.
