1 1/8x2 3/8x5.75" box. ©Walter Lantz. 1940s. Box with light wear/aging but tight and Fine. Insert has illustration and directions for "Woody Woodpecker/Time Teacher." Tiny (barely noticeable) rub on one letter of directions text. Insert lightly aged, but VF. Watch has 7.5" long original vinyl on leather band. Woody's name appears below his image on dial. "Copyright W.L.P." appears behind tail. Watch is NM, running. Box also includes Ingraham guarantee/instructions. Very rare boxed and in this condition.
