9.25x12" hardcover copyright 1900. Published by R.H. Russell. 48 pages with full page cartoons which have text poem captions at bottom. Covers have dust soil and handling wear with bumps at corner tips. Blank inside front cover has small seam split repaired with cellophane tape, otherwise contents are clean and tight. Overall covers VG, insides VF/NM. Scarce. Nice art throughout by Opper who would go on to greater fame with Happy Hooligan and Maud the Mule.
