9.75x13" McLaughlin Bros. No.2052. 24 pages with wonderful art by Segar. Pages have a full color panel at top and the same panel below in bw to be colored by user. Front cover has bit of moisture around edges which extends into blank margins of first few pages. A few pages are neatly watercolored by original owner. Overall covers VG, contents VG/Fine. Scarce. Great Popeye graphics throughout.
