Item Description
This high quality store-bought ring is in the Hake Pop Culture Guide as JLO-14. The ring is of excellent quality and heavy. Stamped on interior of non-adjustable bands is size designation "6." The brilliant silver luster base has overlapping boxing gloves on each side. The lustrous brass oval plate on top shows well detailed image of Louis in trunks, gloved hands ready to strike and with his facsimile signature upper right "Joe Louis." This is only the third example we've seen in the bi-metal combination. Gorgeous luster and essentially Mint. Rare.
