Reverse of this ruler has additional advertising for "Windmills, Pumps, Pipe Fittings, Gasoline Engines, Wood and Steel Tanks, Etc." Both this and the next are by W&H. Ruler with red text promotes "Oliver Plows, Listers, Cultivators, Winona Wagons." Other side has large bold text reading simply "Oliver Chilled Plow Works." Tiny tip off one corner of this one but otherwise all items are Exc. to Mint.
