2-9/16" tall die-cut silvered brass in the shape of the numeral "2." Black text includes quoted information in title except city name is abbreviated "Spf'd, O." and the piece includes a serial number "1988." License has pair of small holes top and bottom for mounting. NM luster. Uncommon and eye-catching.
