Item Description
3" tall with just slightly age-toned rwb ribbon holding ornate embossed brass top and bottom segments. Design is based on the badges worn by Union Civil War veterans. Finish on the brass parts do not have brilliant luster but are totally clean with deep golden appearance and the McKinley cardboard photo is extremely clean with just a tiny 1/16" brown mark on his hair which blends well. VF.
