Item Description
1.25" with backpaper by Baltimore Badge c. 1904. Paper has small inked number on it but otherwise clean. A ribbon was once suspended by the collet but this has been neatly removed. Initials on front "P.H.M.A.A." perhaps stand for Packing House Men's Athletic Association. In any case the car itself is the main attraction with text across the top edge "Morrell's Employees 11th Annual Picnic." At left of car is their heart-shaped trademark of worker carrying food products with text next to him "Morrell's Iowa's Pride/Hams And Bacon." To the right side text reads "Morrell Refrigerator Line 5725." Looking at the piece with a glass reveals some type of floral decorations outlining the sections of the car and roof edge. A quite amazing real photo button. Only example we've seen. Mint except for the ribbon.
